Over 20 years in System Operations Control with background at Air Canada and Sunwing Airlines. Certified Flight Dispatcher and commercial pilot managing fleet operations.

Scott Monsen

Chief Financial Officer

Financial leadership with extensive experience in aviation finance and strategic planning. Chartered Professional Accountant driving financial strategy and sustainable growth.

John Tory

Chief Commercial Officer

Leading commercial strategy across ACMI, regional scheduled service, charter, and aircraft management. Responsible for market development, customer partnerships, and revenue growth, with a focus on complex, time-critical, and variable aviation missions. In addition to executive responsibilities, holds an ATPL and actively flies the Great North DASH 8 fleet, bringing direct operational credibility and real-time flight experience to commercial decision-making.
